Ingredients

- 3 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 1 cup turkey broth
- 1 cup diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Stir in shredded turkey, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until heated through.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute rice with pasta or quinoa.
- Add herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
