- 2 whole lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
- Add the lobsters to the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic.
- Remove the lobsters from water and let them cool slightly.
- Serve lobsters with garlic butter and lemon wedges.
