Ingredients
- Rice flour – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Mix rice flour and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Add sugar and coconut milk, and stir well.
- Grease a steaming tray.
- Pour half of the mixture into the tray.
- Spread red bean paste evenly over the first layer.
- Cover with the remaining mixture.
- Steam for 30 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then cut into pieces and garnish with sesame seeds and fruit.
