Ingredients

- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
- 3 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and black pepper.
- Add pork cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated pork onto soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve with fresh herbs and rice or noodles.
