Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add vegetable broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve warm over your favorite dishes.
