Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, bell peppers, corn, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
