Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked black-eyed peas.

  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add black-eyed peas, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
