- 1 cup celery sticks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare vegetable sticks: cut cauliflower, carrots, and celery.
- Serve chickpeas with guacamole and vegetable sticks.
