Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool and mix in bell peppers, cucumbers, and parsley.
- Serve with pita chips or veggie sticks.
