Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pita bread for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add salt to taste and blend again.
- Serve with pita bread.
