Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté asparagus for 3-4 minutes.
- Plate the steaks with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
- Serve immediately.
