Ingredients

- 2 steaks (8 oz each)
- 2 cups asparagus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the steaks to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables to the baking dish with the steaks.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
