- 2 Ribeye steaks
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add the steaks. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In another pan, sauté asparagus in butter until tender.
- Serve the steaks with asparagus and mashed potatoes on the side.
- Pour red wine to complement the meal.
