Easy no-bake desserts for Valentine’s Day


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with chocolate chips and sliced strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
