- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the tart shell in the oven for 10 minutes to crisp.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cooled tart shell.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
