- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Cut the pastry into heart shapes.
- Place a teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center of half of the hearts.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Top with the remaining heart shapes and seal the edges.
- Brush the top with more egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
