Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
  4. Incorporate the egg and sour cream, mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into mini crusts.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
