Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 12 mini graham cracker crusts
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
- Incorporate the egg and sour cream, mix well.
- Pour the batter into mini crusts.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute strawberries with other fruits.
