  3. Add chicken breast to the bowl and coat well.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
  6. Drizzle remaining oil mixture over the vegetables.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
