Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
