  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Add minced garlic and red wine, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, steam the asparagus until tender.
  8. Finish the steaks with butter before serving.
  9. Plate the steak with asparagus on the side.
