Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer steaks to the oven for 5-7 minutes for desired doneness.
- In the same skillet, add butter and asparagus; sauté for 5 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes by mixing potatoes, cream, and chives.
- Plate the steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your dinner.
