Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes before serving.

- Garnish with fresh basil for extra flavor.
