Instructions

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and add asparagus.
  9. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
