- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add asparagus.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy your romantic dinner.
