- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chop dark, milk, and white chocolate into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, heat cream and butter until melted.
- Add sugar, vanilla, and salt to the mixture.
- Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into molds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
- Store chocolates in a cool, dry place.
- Use different molds for variety.
- Experiment with flavors by adding fruits or nuts.
