Description

A delightful assortment of chocolates perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate – 200g
  • Milk Chocolate – 200g
  • White Chocolate – 200g
  • Caramel – 100g
  • Hazelnuts – 50g
  • Strawberry Filling – 100g
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • Sea Salt – a pinch

Instructions

  1. Melt dark, milk, and white chocolate separately in a microwave.
  2. Mix caramel with hazelnuts and form small balls.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into molds.
  4. Add caramel balls into the molds.
  5. Fill with strawberry filling.
  6. Top with melted chocolate and sprinkle sea salt.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
  8. Remove from molds and package in a box.
