Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Sift together cake flour and salt.
  5. Fold flour mixture into egg whites gently.
  6. Add vanilla and almond extracts, and fold until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into an ungreased tube pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Invert the cake pan to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, remove from pan and serve.

Notes
