Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the sugar and butter.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
