Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add butter and blend until smooth.
- Incorporate eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in milk and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
