Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom.
  4. Cook until lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
  6. Once cooled, spread a layer of whipped cream on a crepe.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  8. Repeat layers until all crepes are used.
  9. Top with whipped cream and garnish with strawberries.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
