Ingredients
Scale
- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the flour, water, sourdough starter, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough into a heart and place it on a baking tray.
- If desired, add red food coloring to your dough.
- Let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
