Description
A romantic dinner menu for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 Ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a separate pan, sauté asparagus and cherry tomatoes in olive oil with balsamic vinegar until tender.
- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, feta, walnuts, olive oil, and lemon juice for the salad.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the steaks with sautéed vegetables and salad on the side.
