  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté asparagus and cherry tomatoes in olive oil with balsamic vinegar until tender.
  5. In a bowl, combine mixed greens, feta, walnuts, olive oil, and lemon juice for the salad.
  6. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the steaks with sautéed vegetables and salad on the side.
