Instructions

  2. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  3. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add granulated sugar.
  4. Add food coloring and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the almond flour mixture gently.
  6. Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let them rest for 30 minutes until a skin forms.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
  9. Mix butter, powdered sugar, and raspberry puree for filling.
  10. Sandwich two macaron shells with the filling.
