Ingredients

- 150g butter (for filling)
- 200g powdered sugar (for filling)
- 50g raspberry puree (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add granulated sugar.
- Add food coloring and mix until combined.
- Fold in the almond flour mixture gently.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes until a skin forms.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, and raspberry puree for filling.
- Sandwich two macaron shells with the filling.
