Ingredients

Instructions

- Mix in vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Fold in the almond flour mixture gently.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool completely.
- Fill with buttercream or ganache and assemble the macarons.
