- 1 lb of steak
- 2 cups of asparagus
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of red wine
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil and garlic.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Grill asparagus for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, simmer red wine until reduced by half.
- Serve steak topped with red wine reduction and asparagus on the side.
