Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
- Spread Nutella on each crepe, add sliced strawberries, and fold or roll them.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
