Instructions

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two bowls and add food coloring to one.
- Pour the batter into greased baking pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool before decorating with royal icing.
