Ingredients

- 1 cup shortbread cookies
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake shortbread cookies according to package instructions.
- Once cooled, layer caramel sauce over each cookie.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave.
- Dip each caramel-covered cookie into the chocolate.
- Let set on parchment paper until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container.
