Instructions

- Remove the toasted pecans from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the caramel mixture onto the pecans, forming clusters.
- In another saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel clusters.
- Let the turtles cool and set before serving.
