Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the giblets from the turkey cavity.
  3. Rinse the turkey under cold water and pat dry.
  4. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey.
  5. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Stuff the cavity with lemon halves and fresh herbs.
  7. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
