Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger smoker to 350°F.
  2. Use kitchen shears to cut the lobster tails down the middle.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on the grill grates, shell side down.
  7. Smoke for 20-25 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
