Grilled lobster tails on a Traeger smoker for a smoky flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Traeger smoker to 350°F.
- Use kitchen shears to cut the lobster tails down the middle.
- Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill grates, shell side down.
- Smoke for 20-25 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with extra butter and lemon wedges.
