A classic traditional Christmas dinner featuring roasted turkey, stuffing, and seasonal sides.
Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 pounds)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and sour cream.
- Steam the green beans until bright green.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Use leftover turkey for sandwiches.
