Delicious and creamy tiramisu perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- Add milk and cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold mascarpone into the cooled egg mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Mix coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee mixture.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers and finish with mascarpone.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
