Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Ladyfinger cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture gently.
  5. Layer the dip with coffee and cocoa powder in a serving dish.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with ladyfinger cookies.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less powdered sugar.
