- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove meat from shells.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add white wine and heavy cream. Stir until thickened.
- Mix in Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add lobster meat to the sauce and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture back to the lobster shells.
- Top with grated Gruyère cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
