Delicious vegetable sides perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle parmesan cheese before serving.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to substitute any of your favorite vegetables.
