A collection of delicious vegetable dishes perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of butternut squash, cubed
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Toss until all vegetables are coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm on your Thanksgiving table.
