Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour vegetable broth into the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add beaten eggs and mix until the mixture holds together.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
