- 4 cups collard greens
- 1 cup smoked turkey necks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
- Add smoked turkey necks and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Add collard greens, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
