Soft and fluffy rolls perfect for Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water.
- Brush rolls with melted butter right after baking.
