Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup, softened
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Rosemary – 2 tablespoons, fresh, chopped

- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Stuffing – 1 box (or homemade)
- Green beans – 1 lb

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub this mixture all over the turkey.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare cranberry sauce according to package instructions.
- Serve pumpkin pie for dessert.

- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- You can prepare the cranberry sauce a day in advance.
